ForeclosurePin

Terms of use

Last updated August 21, 2026

ForeclosurePin is operated by Evan Carthey. By using foreclosurepin.com or any subscriber map URL, you agree to these terms.

What the product is

ForeclosurePin compiles public foreclosure notices and related public records into an interactive map and export tools. It is a research aid for real estate investors and professionals. It is not legal advice, title insurance, or a guarantee that any property is vacant, distressed, or available for purchase.

Accuracy and public records

Data comes from county clerks, appraisal districts, and other public sources. Filings are shown only when we can match a notice to exactly one parcel with confidence. Some notices never appear on the map because the match is uncertain. Coverage percentages on the site describe how many live filings are mapped in each county and change as records update.

Occupancy and vacancy hints

Occupancy labels compare owner mailing addresses to the property address. They are hints only. Do not treat them as proof someone lives there or that the home is empty.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid access is billed through Stripe on the plan you select. Trial terms, export limits, and county access are described at checkout and in your plan summary. We may suspend access for chargebacks, abuse, or scraping that threatens the service.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForeclosurePin is provided as-is. We are not liable for deals you make or miss based on map data. Verify everything at the courthouse, with title, and on site before you buy.
