How to get in, read filters and pin cards, build a route, and download a CSV from the map. Nothing here is a promised extra. Contact is only support@foreclosurepin.com.

How you get in

After a trial or payment, your checkout email is added automatically.

Open https://app.foreclosurepin.com and enter the one-time Cloudflare email code.

There is no separate download portal. Access is the map.

Filters

On a phone, tap Filters. On desktop, the filter bar sits above the map. Labels below are the live control names.

The header pin count is the number of pins that match every active filter at once. Show gold mine usually jumps the count. Fewer sale months shrinks it.

Gold mine vs sold vs sale months

• Sale months pick which auction books are in play. Default is upcoming books only.
• Show gold mine adds filed-but-never-auctioned pins from past months even if those months stay unchecked.
• Show sold adds pins with a recorded trustee deed. That is a different lane from gold mine. You can use both. Some counties do not have sold-deed matches yet.
• Uncheck Upcoming sales only when you want the full mix of upcoming and passed sales inside the months you checked, not only the gold-mine and sold extras.

Pin card fields

Click a pin. The card can show the fields below when we have the data. Empty or “not parsed” means the notice or CAD record did not give us that value.

On the card	What it is
Address	Property address. A note appears if the street came from the CAD parcel or only a legal description exists.
Save to list / Saved	Adds or removes this pin from the current My list.
Add to route / Directions	Build a multi-stop route, or open directions for this pin.
Sale date	Scheduled trustee-sale date from the notice.
Distance	Miles from your Near me start, when location is on.
Status	Upcoming sale, sale date passed, Sold at auction (with the deed note), or gold-mine language in filters.
History	Prior postings we already saw, when a timeline exists. Counties delete old notice books; we keep filings we captured.
Prior postings	Count of earlier postings on record.
Occupancy signals	Short label plus detail from homestead and tax-bill mailing match.
Owner mailing address	Shown when the tax bill goes somewhere other than the property.
Sale book	Book name, notice number, page.
Grantors	From the notice, when parsed.
Original loan	Principal from the notice, with deed-of-trust date when parsed.
Estimated balance / Estimated equity	Amortized estimate vs CAD market value. Labeled as estimates.
Original mortgagee / Instrument #	From the notice, when parsed.
CAD rows	Appraisal-district owner and value when the parcel matched.
Links	Google Maps, Street View, CAD record, County notice.

Occupancy signals

Two public inputs: homestead exemption codes (HS / DVHS) and whether the owner mailing address matches the property. Labels you may see:

• owner-occupied likely — homestead on file and the tax bill goes to the property.
• possibly vacant or rental — no homestead and the tax bill goes elsewhere. This is what Possibly vacant only keeps.
• mixed signals — homestead and mailing disagree.
• tax bill goes to the property / tax bill goes elsewhere — mailing signal only, when the county does not publish exemption codes.
• homestead on file / no homestead exemption — exemption known, mailing address unreadable.

These are hints. They are not proof someone lives there or that the home is empty. Do not treat them as occupancy facts.

Routes

On a pin card, tap Add to route. A Route box lists the stops in order. Open the Google Maps multi-stop link from that box when you are ready to drive. Directions opens directions for that one pin. Near me sets the start when you have allowed location.

Save and download

1. Click a pin.
2. Tap Save to list.
3. Open My list in Filters to review. Use + New if you want a second list.
4. Tap Export CSV. The file downloads from this browser. Name pattern: list name foreclosure list.csv.

Lists are stored in this browser’s local storage on this device. Switching phones or clearing site data clears the list. There is no separate download portal and no cloud list mailbox.

If nothing is saved, Export CSV tells you nothing saved in this list yet and does not build a useful file.

Export columns people care about

The CSV header row is:

address, sale_date, sale_month, status, occupancy, owner, owner_mailing_address, market_value, original_loan, estimated_balance, estimated_equity, prior_posts, mortgagee, instrument, google_maps, lat, lon

Column	Use
address	Property street address.
sale_date	Scheduled sale date.
owner	CAD owner name when matched.
market_value	CAD market value when matched.
occupancy	Label plus detail from the occupancy signals.
owner_mailing_address	Tax-bill mailing address when we have it.
status	upcoming sale; sale date passed; filed, never went to auction; or sold at auction.
sale_month	Sale book name.
estimated_balance / estimated_equity	Amortized estimates. Verify before you bid.
