Open the map, turn on history and sold, then save pins and export CSV if your plan includes it. There is no separate download portal.
After a trial signup or payment, your email is added automatically.
Open https://app.foreclosurepin.com and enter the one-time Cloudflare email code.
Then open the county in your plan. On a phone, tap Filters in the header. On desktop, the filter bar sits above the map.
The map starts with Upcoming sales only checked. You see current and future trustee-sale books. Passed months stay unchecked, so older listings stay off the map until you ask for them.
Open Sale months. Months sit under year headings. Check the books you want, or tap All months to load historical listings. None clears the list.
Books read like SEPTEMBER 2026. Passed months show a sale passed tag. Uncheck Upcoming sales only if you want passed sales in the months you selected, not just the gold-mine and sold extras.
Show gold mine adds filings whose sale date passed with no auction result on record. Those pins live in past sale months. The toggle brings them back even when those months stay unchecked.
Show sold adds pins where a trustee deed was recorded. That is a confirmed post-auction transfer, not the same as gold mine. Some counties have sold matches; some do not yet.
Click a pin. On the card, tap Save to list (it switches to Saved). Open My list in the filter panel to review what you saved. Tap Export CSV when your plan allows it.
Saved lists live in this browser on this device. There is no separate download portal. The file comes from the map.
Trial and Single County: map yes, CSV no.
Investor Pro and Team: CSV yes. Investor Pro is capped at 2,500 exported rows per month.
If you do not see Export CSV, you are on the wrong plan for downloads. Use the map, or move to Investor Pro / Team. Details: Guide.
