Quick start

Open your county map, understand what you are looking at by default, then turn on gold mine or Near me when you are ready to go wider.

  1. 1

    Open your county map

After login, open the county included in your plan. On a phone, tap Filters in the header to reach every control. On desktop, the filter bar sits above the map.

  2. 2

    Know the default view

You start on upcoming trustee sales in current and future sale months. Passed months are unchecked, so older sale books stay out of the way until you need them.

  3. 3

Use sale months when you need a specific auction book

Months are grouped under year headings. Open a year, check the books you care about, or hit All months / None to reset.

Books read like SEPTEMBER 2026. Passed months show a sale passed tag inside the list.

  4. 4

Turn on Show gold mine for filed-but-never-auctioned deals

This is the main unlock most buyers miss. Gold mine properties sit in past sale months. The toggle adds them back even when those months stay unchecked.

    Show gold mine

Watch the pin count in the header jump. Details: FAQ → Gold mine.

  5. 5

Farm a neighborhood with Near me

Tap Near me, allow location, pick a radius. The map re-sorts to distance. Stack Possibly vacant only if you want absentee-owner patterns.

  6. 6

Save pins and export when your plan allows

Click a pin → Save to list. Open My list in the filter panel to review. Export CSV is available on Metro Pro and Team tiers, not on trial or Single County.

Filter behavior, export tiers, and pin-count quirks are in the full FAQ.
