ForeclosurePin respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you use foreclosurepin.com and the subscriber maps.

What we collect

• Account email when you subscribe or sign in through our access gate.
• Payment data processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage logs such as browser type, pages viewed, and errors, through our host and security tools.
• Location only when you turn on Near Me in the map and your browser shares coordinates with the page.

How we use it

We use your email to grant map access, send product alerts you opt into, and respond to support requests. We use logs to keep the service secure and fix bugs.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email to list brokers. Public foreclosure notices on the map are public records, not your personal data.

Third parties

Stripe handles billing. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process connection metadata. County and mapping providers receive only the queries needed to show map tiles and geocoding.

Retention and deletion

We keep account records while you are a paying subscriber and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing disputes. Email evan@evancarthey.com to request deletion of your account data.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
